Brainteasers are a great way to test the brain and push one of the body’s most important organs to its limit.
They’re quick to do and can be done on the train to work or whilst in a waiting room.
Some brainteasers test your analytical skills, some test your mathematical skills, and some test your observational ability.
The latest brainteaser from Betway tests your observational skills with their Rugby World Cup-themed brainteaser.
Your task is to try and find the rugby ball in the crowd above in under 12 seconds.
Did you spot the rugby ball? No worries if not, its location is circled above at the bottom of the graphic.
While brainteasers may seem like simple tasks that can be done to use up time, they could have long-term health benefits.
In the same way, sports like rugby help keep the muscles healthy, so too do brainteasers and other mental exercises. The healthier the brain is the less likely someone will develop dementia.
This doesn’t mean doing brainteasers will stop someone from getting dementia, other factors can have a bigger impact, but they could help keep the mind sharper for longer.
The brainteaser was created to mark the commencement of the Rugby World Cup which began in France on Friday evening when the hosts took on New Zealand in the opening match.
They beat the All Blacks 27-13 to take a commanding opening victory in front of 80,000 people.
President Emmanuel Macron declared: “France is hoping to win this World Cup on the pitch but also in the hearts of everyone who has come to celebrate our shared passion.”
