As many gamers know, the days of paying full price for a game and getting, well, a finished game are long gone.
These days, many games rely on 'free-to-play' models, where the base game is free to download but players are encouraged to spend real money on virtual items such as outfits, weapons, and upgrades for their in-game characters. This money is typically used to support the development of the games.
However, it seems one game has taken things a little too far after YouTube channel Bellular News revealed exactly how much it costs to 'max out' a character in Diablo Immortal: £88,000 ($110k).

"Thanks for letting me know, won't waste my time with it. Sad though I'd pay full price for a good Diablo game on mobile," said @ODKellen.
However, other players reiterated that you don't need to pay to play. One gamer, @ritchiemartin, said: "I've been playing and with mobile games you just gotta ignore the paying side of it I've never spent money on a mobile game and got to fully enjoy them without going bankrupt for dumb **** lol"
Diablo Immortal is a massively multiplayer online RPG available on mobile devices.
