The singer Madonna has defended a series of fully nude videos featuring bugs and trees coming out of her vagina, saying she is just "doing what women have been doing since the beginning of time".
The 'Mother of Creation' NFT collection features three highly explicit videos of a CGI Madonna. The clips, which feature 3D scans of the 63-year-old artist's vagina, feature everything from robot centipedes to trees and butterflies flying out of her.
The videos, which were created in partnership with artist Mike Winkelmann (aka Beeple), are being sold as pricey non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to raise money for women's charities.
The first video, Mother of Nature, shows Madonna with her legs spread open as she gives birth to a gigantic tree.
The next, titled Mother of Evolution, depicts the singer sat naked on top of a lorry with butterflies flying out of her vagina.
Finally, the third NFT, 'Mother of Technology', shows robot centipedes crawling out of her vagina.
The collection also includes a 3D-printed replica of Madonna's vagina, with the proceeds going towards National Bail Out, V-Day, and Voices of Children.

Madonna said: "It’s been an amazing journey building this together from an intellectual idea to an emotional story, giving birth to art.
"I wanted to investigate the concept of creation, not only the way a child enters the world through a woman’s vagina but also the way an artist gives birth to creativity.
In an interview, she added: "I say we need a forest with creepy crawly bugs coming out of me.
"Not often does a robot centipede crawl out of my vagina."
First appearing in 2014, a non-fungible token is a bit of unique non-interchangeable data that represents something in the real world.
They can be bought and sold using cryptocurrencies and are a good way to buy the original copy of digital artwork due to their unique 'identifying codes'.
An NFT is built to prevent the endless replication of things online.
