Several witnesses have claimed they have had sexual encounters with a UFO – with one woman even claiming she was pregnant afterwards.
The outlandish claims featured in Pentagon reports include descriptions of "apparent abduction", "unaccounted for pregnancy", sexual encounters, the experience of telepathy and perceived teleportation.
The files, released by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in response to a Freedom of Information request, are titled Anomalous Acute And Subacute Field Effects on Human and Biological Tissues and details investigations into "human observers by anomalous advanced aerospace systems".
There have been five reported sexual encounters between UFOs and humans, documented in the study, the Sun reports.
It also warns that these unidentified objects may pose a "threat to United States interests" as it describes witnesses who have been injured from "exposures to anomalous vehicles, especially airborne and when in close proximity".
The injuries were allegedly caused by electromagnetic radiation from supposed "energy-related propulsion systems."
Adding to the injuries, the report lists radiation burns, brain damage and nerve issues to the alleged conditions caused by UFOs.

The report reads: "Sufficient incidents/accidents have been accurately reported, and medical data acquired, as to support a hypothesis that some advanced systems are already deployed, and opaque to full US understandings.
"The medical analyses while not requiring the invention of an alternative biophysics do indicate to use of (to us) unconventional and advanced energy systems."
The report added said it had 42 cases from medical files and 300 similar "unpublished" cases where humans had been injured after the bizarre encounters.

The news comes after a document released by the FBI serves as 'undeniable proof' that an alien spacecraft crashed in Roswell, a UFO researcher has claimed.
The paperwork, originally filed on March 22, 1950, and released in a recent Freedom of Information Act explains that a US Airforce investigator saw 'three so-called flying saucers' that were said to be piloted by 'three pilots of human shape but only three feet tall' in New Mexico.
While some details have been blanked out, self-proclaimed UFO researcher Scott C. Waring believes that the document is proof of the Roswell UFO incident which happened in Corona, New Mexico in 1947.
