PS Plus February 2022 free games announced including UFC4 and Planet Coaster

Each month, Sony releases a range of free downloadable games to its premium PS Plus subscribers on both PS4 and PS5.

From tomorrow, subscribers will be able to get their hands on an incredibly varied bundle of both triple-A and indie games. Since the release of the Playstation 5, PS Plus also caters to next-gen gamers, meaning you won't be left out if you don't have a PS4.

But before that, there's still time to redeem December's remaining PS Plus games, including Deep Rock Galactic, Persona 5 and Dirt 5, as well as three extra PS VR games for those who own a headset.

The games for PS Plus in February 2022 will be:

  • EA Sports UFC 4 – the latest instalment in the popular wrestling series
  • Planet Coaster: Console Edition – a spiritual successor to the iconic Rollercoaster Tycoon
  • Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure – Borderlands-inspired fantasy adventure that offers high-intensity solo or co-op battles

You'll have until February 28 to download them, so act quick.

  • iPhone 14 details leaked – Apple to release four new phones this year with big upgrades

When will the PS Plus February 2022 games become available to play?

The release date for PS Plus games is always announced on the last Wednesday of each month, with games available to redeem on the first Tuesday of the following month.

That means you'll be able to redeem your PS Plus games on February 1st this time.

Once you add the games to your library, you'll be able to install them at any time. There is no time limit on when you can download them, as long as you hit 'add to library' before the month is up.
