The popular broadband and email provider TalkTalk is currently experiencing a major UK-wide outage that has left its customers unable to access their email for the last nine hours.
According to Internet outage site DownDetector, hundreds of customers are unable to access their emails or the Internet, with more than 620 reports so far this morning.
Disgruntled TalkTalk customers have taken to Twitter to complain about the lack of service.
"I haven't been able to get any emails since 7.50 this morning, it's driving me crazy! Is there a problem???" wrote one user.
"Why my wife stays with this crap Internet provider I'll never know! Dial-up worked better than this so-called 'broadband'," said another customer via DownDetector.
The company has acknowledged an issue with its email service, saying that it is primarily affecting their customers who don't have ad blockers installed on their browser.
"We're aware of some customers having issues accessing TalkTalk webmail on desktop and mobile across different browsers. Customers who do not use an Adblocker are being affected," the company said in a statement.

It then added: "We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and assure you that we're investigating the issue as a priority."
TalkTalk has been approached for comment and this article will be updated if and when the company responds.
TalkTalk serves more than four million customers across the UK, with landline, broadband, mobile, and TV services available.
Its network could see further downtime tomorrow as the company goes ahead with planned maintenance of its CityFibre network between 1AM and 6AM on the 13th of January.
It is unclear how or whether this will impact customers of its standard national broadband service.
