Netflix has crashed as thousands of users have been greeted with an error message.
The streaming platform has been experiencing difficulties today, October 18, with content not loading properly on the site and the app.
The outage hit around 8:45pm, with Down Detector, a website that monitors online services, showing more than 1,500 issue reports in the US alone at the peak of the outage.
Users shared specific error codes on Down Detector, one being tvq-st-145, which means a network connectivity issue is preventing your device from reaching Netflix.
While others were seeing error code ui-113 that means there is information stored on the user's device that needs to be refreshed in order for Netflix to work properly.
Nearly 40% of people are struggling with video streaming, while 32% are unable to access the app and 28% claim the site is not loading properly.
Some users have also said the platform loads but fails to play any shows and displays an error message.
It is still not clear what impacted Monday's outage, with people taking to Twitter to voice their displeasure with this outage.
